About
Mera Monitor is a B2B SaaS platform offering employee monitoring and productivity tracking. While the product had strong core features, data indicated that the platform suffered from a high drop-off rate between initial signup and the first meaningful use (user activation)
The Problem
Quantitative Data (Analytics & Amplitude): We observed an X% churn rate within the first 48 hours of use, and a low completion rate for critical setup tasks (e.g., inviting employees, installing the tracker)
Behavioral Data (Microsoft Clarity): Session recordings showed new users scrolling aimlessly on the dashboard, struggling to locate the key action items or determine their next step.
Qualitative Feedback: User interviews revealed the legacy dashboard didn't answer the core manager question: "What is the most important thing I need to know or do right now?"
